ABOUT DTH FITNESS

My name is Andrew Soto and I have been a personal trainer for over 11 years. I am certified through NASM and have many specialties including but not limited to WLS, CES, and BCS.

I have spent the majority of my career working with a wide range of clients all having differing goals including weight loss, muscle building, strength and conditioning, injury recovery, and more. With clients that ranged from 9 to 91, over the years my ideology on fitness and nutrition has simplified.
Do what you can, how you can. Just make sure it’s right for you. Taking a personalized approach to having better health is the only way to maximize muscle growth, joint mobility, functionality, work through plateaus and prevent injuries.

Every person is different and in the day and age of fitness influencers, it’s important to remember that your only competition is you. Setting realistic goals and focusing on progress rather than perfection fosters a supportive and positive training environment, which allows me to deliver an evidence/scientifically based program that maximizes results.
